We encourage you to order samples.

Once you have chosen the material and wood color for your furniture, go to the custom-made furniture website and place an order.
- Select the product you are interested in.
- Add it to cart.
- Follow the instructions displayed on the website.
We entrust our furniture to a specialist company that will carefully deliver and carry it directly to your apartment, regardless of what floor you live on.
Additionally, for your comfort, we give you the option of delivering in the afternoon* (*applies to selected locations).
We send samples via InPost to a selected parcel locker or by courier to the indicated address.

The delivery date is given on the page of each product (directly under the product name).
Thanks to the fact that we are the manufacturer of our furniture, we can modify all Berke furniture.

You can return products available in our online store. For this purpose, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract in the form of a statement (e.g. by e-mail):
- within 30 days applies to the following categories: beds, tables, chests of drawers, seats, dressing tables
- within 14 days for all other goods.
- Return details are described in our regulations .
NOTE: You can use self-service returns (option only available to users logged in when placing an order)
We provide a 10-year warranty on products from the following categories: beds, tables, chests of drawers, dressing tables, benches and stools. This guarantee applies only to orders delivered within Poland.

We are the manufacturer of our furniture.
We make all furniture by hand in our own carpentry workshop in Lower Silesia.
We are designers and constructors at the same time. We control every stage of production.

The ordered bed includes, of course, the bed itself, but also a properly selected frame for the mattress.
You can buy the mattress separately in our store.
The frame is made of a steel frame , equipped with 48 flexible spring birch slats embedded in plastic pockets. It also has a metal support in the middle of the bed.
The maximum load capacity of the beds is 300 kilograms.
Delivery includes bringing the packages into the flat.
We do not offer furniture assembly.
Installation of the purchased product is your own responsibility. Our furniture will come to you in modules that can be easily assembled thanks to simple and clear assembly instructions.
Some furniture does not require assembly.
We do not sell stationary.
Therefore, it is not possible to see the furniture in person in stationary stores or showrooms.
