Shipping policy
All of our furniture is delivered via the transport company "Zadbano".
As a standard, deliveries are made by a two-person team on working days from 8:00 to 20:00. An hour before delivery, the driver contacts the customer by phone.
We offer two service standards:
1. Delivery without bringing in - delivery of parcels in front of the property in the case of single-family houses or to the entrance to the staircase in blocks of flats and multi-family buildings.
2. Comfortable delivery with carrying in - the service includes carrying the parcels to the place in the apartment designated by the Customer, regardless of the floor and the availability of the elevator.
